What is a digital guest guide?

A digital guest guide is a simple page your guests open on their phone, usually from a QR code in the room or in the booking confirmation. It answers the questions guests ask most: Wi-Fi, check-in and check-out, breakfast, parking, the nearest beach or restaurant, what to do when it rains, and who to call.

For a small hotel or guesthouse in Greece or Cyprus, it means fewer repeated questions at the desk, a calmer arrival, and a better first impression. We write it with you, in the way a hotelier would, and we add the operations side too: check-in routines, weekly programmes, cost sheets and safety checklists.

A printed book goes out of date and is hard to translate. A digital guest guide is one link you can update in minutes, in more than one language, and guests always have it on their phone.

Do we need an app or special software?

No. Guests open a normal web page from a QR code or a link. Nothing to download for them, nothing to install for you.

Is this only for hotels?

No. Small hotels, guesthouses, apartments and boutique stays in Greece and Cyprus can all use it. Tell us about your property in the form and we will say what fits.
